Head of Partnership Management

We are now looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head of Partnership Management to lead our strategic partnership initiatives and drive growth through collaborative ventures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnership management, as well as strong business development and relationship management skills. The Head of Partnership Management will be a member of the executive team and report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

 

As the Head of Partnership Management, you will be responsible for defining a partnership strategy and establishing, cultivating, managing, and optimizing partnerships with external organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders. Your visionary approach and keen business acumen will be instrumental in identifying and seizing sales opportunities with partners that align with our company's objectives and drive mutual success.

 

You will travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.

 

Responsibilities

- Partnership Strategy: Provide thought leadership on partnership management, develop, and execute a partnership strategy to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and enhance our company profile.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals.

- New Partner Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that complement our products, services, and overall business objectives.

- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Performance Tracking: Establish and implement metrics to measure partnership performance, track results, and identify areas for improvement.

- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to align partnership strategies and ensure successful execution.

- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

- Partnership Events and Initiatives: Plan and execute events, co-marketing initiatives, and joint campaigns with partners to promote FroXx and new engagements.

- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations, outlining partnership performance and future strategies.

 

Skills and Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with strong experience in partnership management from previous operations.

Your professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude as well as excellent interpersonal skills are very important.

As the position requires remote working, it requires you to be well organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Required Skills

- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and strategic alliances that have resulted in tangible business outcomes.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive win-win agreements and manage complex contract negotiations.

- Ability to think and act strategically and identify innovative partnership opportunities aligned with the company's long-term goals.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to solve problems and evaluate partnership performance and make data-backed recommendations.

- Proven, excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and maintaining the highest level of integrity in all interactions.

- A team-oriented attitude and ability to act in a multi-cultural environment.

- Willingness to acquire a thorough understanding of FroXx’s products and services and technologies used.

- Fluent in English (oral and written).

 

Education and Experience

- University degree and/or master’s in business management or equivalent degree.

- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in partnership management, business development, or related roles.

- Experience in the relevant industry or a related field is highly desirable.
