Meet The Leadership Team

Rodrigo Beyer Fernandez is a savvy international executive with more than 20 years of ICT industry experience, who now leads, manages and inspires FroXx Industries a set of companies such as FroXx Technologies, FroXx-Classics and PartMyDay. At FroXx, he and his team believe in a human-centered approach to solving complex challenges for our clients. As a result, they are currently working intensively in the area of industry 4.0 on innovative solutions for the use of augmented reality and mixed reality in the installation of 5G networks.

Prior to that Rodrigo Beyer Fernandez was leading Ericsson’s global portfolio & offering domain for Business Area Managed Services IT.

He is a requested public speaker for industry conferences like Carrier Network Virtualization, NFV Europe, SDN/NFV World Congresses or 5G Asia.

He has worked in more than 65 countries including those in the Caribbean, Latin America, North America and Europe. Currently, he is based in Potsdam, greater Berlin area, Germany.

As head of Strategy Evert is responsible for the strategy, planning and management of FroXx’s solution portfolio. He brings vast experience of telecom ITservices development, IT networks and account management. During his 30+ year career he fulfilled various roles at leading companies, including Ericsson.

Nicolas worked for several years in corporate tourism and organized global events before joining FroXx in 2021. Prior to that, he gained a BA in geography from the Sorbonne and an MA in political sciences from Paris-II University. An avid traveller, his interest in ICT and communications increased during his academic work and professional career. His role is to research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products and services, and new ways of reaching existing markets. Nicolas is also responsible to foster and develop relationships with customers/clients. He enjoys working on challenging and people-centered issues that require interaction and teamwork and is passionate about music, sports, and cosmology. Nicolas holds dual French and Greek citizenship and currently lives in Berlin.

Vasile is a seasoned technology executive with 25+ years of experience in global software development, IT operations, telecommunications, and financial services.

As Chief Technologist, Vasile is responsible with researching and investigating existing and new technologies which could be used in FroXx products and services, as well as responsible with portfolio management of FroXx products and services.

Prior to FroXx, Vasile had different management and leadership roles with Ericsson Business Unit Managed Services, where, among other he was responsible with many IT and Application Development portfolio offerings like DevOps, IT Cloud and Telco Cloud or Microservices and Cloud-native application development and operations.

Before that, Vasile held different management and leadership roles in software development companies and financial services, including a 4+ years with Adobe in San Jose, California.

Vasile has a rich mix of business and technology management with the ability to lead multiple development and operations teams through accelerated technology development to meet performance goals, operating requirements, and financial objectives.

Vasile graduated Computer Science at Polytechnical University in his hometown, Bucharest, Romania. He is an Agile Coach Certified (ICP-ACC) and holds a Digital Transformation Certification from BCG and University of Virginia.

Frances Beyer Fernandez brings years of expertise and knowledge to her work leading the Legal and Controlling division of FroXx GmbH.

As a graduate of University of Potsdam with a degree in Law, Frances is committed to keeping the team at FroXx GmbH compliant, as well as making sure all finances are in order. Her legal background is an excellent base for leading controlling, procurement, and sourcing the division in different endeavors.

While ensuring everything is up to par, Frances is also constantly keeping an eye on business growth. Her creative ideas and ability to take the lead to drive projects forward, make her an important asset. She enjoys helping her colleagues and giving support and advice when needed.

When she’s not working, Frances enjoys reading novels, playing golf, and empowering others wherever she is able to.

As a caring professional who believes in lifting up those around her, Frances is a valued part of the FroXx GmbH team.

Nicky makes post-production, voice-over, video editing, social media accounts management, and content marketing. She worked with many companies such as Netflix, iTunes, Kingston Technology, and HyperX.

As a Head of Marketing Communications and Art Director Nicky interacts with internal and external customers to define and provide audio-visual solutions and MarCom strategies for FroXx GmbH.

Nicky is passionate about creativity and tries to convey this in her work. 

Nicky is located in Istanbul, Turkey, and speaks Russian, Turkish, Spanish, and English.

Adrian Gurbina is an Application Development Manager with 7 years of experience involved in application development and functionalities improvements alongside the leadership team of a Startup Company FroXx Industries. Adrian specializes in adapting technologies into the infrastructure environment which provides efficiency and performance improvements. New features are being addressed and implemented by the development team for applications. Infrastructure design is part of Adrian's responsibilities to facilitate the synergy between software and hardware. Support applications are used to facilitate the smooth experience of the user's application. Using a positive attitude and energy Adrian will encourage others to work hard and succeed. In his free time, Adrian likes to travel, emerge in social, sport activities and play games.
